The Company
The Karalis Dairy Industry originated from the decanting of the cheese - dairy which operated in Petra, Preveza for more than 50 years, but was of outdated technology.
Today, the cheese - dairy is of modernized structure and technology with a daily capability of processing 40 tons of milk.
The excellent quality of our products are successful due to strict inspection of our milk's quality and our dairy products. Our traditional methods of production have been adjusted for today's technological progress and know-how of the modern dairy industry.
Our products are available in the domestic market while are also exported to America,
Australia and European Union countries.
Our products have been awarded many times for their high quality.
PRODUCTS

Our traditional methods of production have been adjusted for today's technological progress and know-how of the modern dairy industry. Our products include Feta, Kefalograviera, Gruyere, Kefaloturi, Anthoturo, Dry Mizithra, traditional yogurt, Fresh Butter, strained yogurt and Mizithra.
The most famous traditional Greek cheese. It forms a significant part of the Greek diet and is linked to history and its traditions. It is made from a mixture of sheep and goat's milk. It has a light salty sourish flavour and a natural white colour. It can be characterized as a "biological product" because it is made from the milk of animals which are fed free grazing where insecticides, pesticides or other pollutants. It is consumed as a serving cheese, "saganaki" and also in Greek Salad and cheese pies.
